  • Do you provide piercings?

    Our establishment offers professional piercing services. We invite you to visit our studio to explore our piercing options and discuss your requirements with our skilled technicians.

  • How old do you have to be to receive piercings?

    For clients under 16 years of age, our piercing services are restricted to ear piercings only. Clients 16 and older have access to our full range of piercing options, subject to legal requirements and parental consent where applicable.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We accommodate walk-in clients based on our daily schedule and artist availability. While appointments are recommended to ensure service, we strive to accommodate spontaneous visits when possible. Please contact us or visit our studio to inquire about same-day services.

  • What happens if I no-show or cancel my appointment?

    No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Always contact your artist if you have any concerns about rescheduling.
